Therefore several materials were incorporated in the development of the modern architectural concept, one of these materials proved to be the most sought-after item by modern urban developers, Aluminum Composite Panel or ACP.
This item in particular, represented a bench mark in the beautification practice, as it could be used both internally and externally.

It was only natural then, for AL-ETIHAD Group - METALLIC INDUSTRIES L.L.C, driven by its competitive spirit, and the will to deliver nothing less than the best; to enter with full steam into this pioneering field, introducing its brand name STARBOND® for the ACP production, and added a touch of perfection to its industrialization plant, by extending its services to include the 3 stage production:

• Cleaning line
  Specialized industrial chemicals are used at the initial process to clean the Aluminum in its raw phase from lubrication grease, anti-oxidative grease, and other impurities such as silicon and magnesium. As well as enhancing the adhesion of the paint on the aluminum surface, on a later stage.
  
  
• Coating line
  On this precision coating line, various paints are added to coat the aluminum roll according to the customer’s requirements (color & texture). On this stage, three-roller reversal precision coating machines operates under sealed dustless conditions, to control the thickness of coating and outer appearance.
  
  
• Continuous thermal-playing composite line
  This is the key equipment for producing Aluminum Plastic Composite Panel in its final form. Under high heat & high pressure, PE core-board and adhesive polyolefin film are bonded firmly together with the smooth surface of the aluminum material.

Another field that we invested in was the Aluminum Fabrication; in the later half of the 20th century, there was a rise in the popularity of aluminum window and door frames in addition to countless other uses. An aluminum frame has one major asset; strength. In addition, aluminum could be worked into slim frames and increased level of security.

Aluminum frames are also easy to look after and can be easily cleaned with dump cloth or rag. Our complete Aluminum fabrication line enables us to handle most of Aluminum work. Joint capability of new automatic Double Glazing, tempering and Aluminum fabrication will make us a major competitor in the area.
